Shared ducts and alterations requiring a design must be agreed with the building manager; a fan is not suitable for every bathroom.

Extended electrical fault location is priced separately, from 350 zł. The minimum visit is 246 zł; cleaning has a 250 zł minimum and minimum hours. Travel tops labour up to the minimum; chargeable out-of-town mileage is extra. Unlisted repairs: 199 zł/h. Moving: minimum 2 hours, with the first 80 km of the agreed route included in the van rate. Materials are agreed separately.
