Home and flat cleaningCleaning is charged by the hour and split into three levels, so you do not pay for square metres with no work in them. Light is dust, floors, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Medium is the deep clean: windows, oven, fridge and the inside of cupboards on top — with no separate surcharge for any of them, it all fits inside the hour. Heavy lives on its own page, because cleaning after building work is a different job. How many hours it takes, we say up front from photos or after a look.

Prices
An initial estimate from a description, photos or video is free. A call-out with basic diagnostics costs 246 zł even without a repair; if work proceeds, this amount is included in its price. Extended electrical fault location is priced separately, from 350 zł. The minimum visit is 246 zł; cleaning has a 250 zł minimum and minimum hours. Travel tops labour up to the minimum; chargeable out-of-town mileage is extra. Unlisted repairs: 199 zł/h. Moving: minimum 2 hours, with the first 80 km of the agreed route included in the van rate. Materials are agreed separately.
